Crew Leader - The Heart of VBS!
As a Crew Leader, you’ll guide a group of kids through their VBS adventure! You’ll stay with the same group or station each day, building relationships and helping kids connect with the Bible story and daily activities. Whether leading Small Group discussions, Outdoor Games, Arts & Crafts, Missions, or Snack Time, you are the mentor, encourager, and role model for your group!
Small Group Leader - Bringing the Bible to Life
Help kids dive deeper into the Bible story and Big Idea each day through fun, interactive discussions and hands-on activities. You’ll lead small group conversations, answer their big questions, and show them how to Live It Out in their daily lives!

Arts & Crafts Station - Creativity for Christ!
In this hands-on role, you’ll guide kids as they create meaningful projects that connect to the lesson. Whether it’s painting, building, or crafting, you’ll inspire kids to express their faith through creativity and fun!
Missions Station - Serving with Love
Teach kids how they can make a difference in their world! You’ll lead simple service projects—like writing cards, assembling care packages, or learning about global missions—that help kids put their faith into action.
Outdoor Games - Faith in Motion
Get ready for high-energy fun! You’ll lead exciting team-building games that reinforce the day’s lesson while keeping kids moving, laughing, and working together. If you love action-packed fun, this role is for you!
Snacks - A Tasty Way to Learn
Snacks aren’t just for eating—they’re part of the lesson! You’ll help kids enjoy fun, themed snacks that connect with the Bible story while keeping them energized and engaged.
Welcome Team - The First Smile They See
Be the warm and friendly face that welcomes families, helps with check-in and check-out, and provides security to ensure every child’s safety. This is the perfect role for those who love to greet, assist, and bring joy to families attending VBS!
Language Buddy - Breaking Barriers with Love
Help non-English-speaking kids and families feel at home by assisting with communication and providing extra support. Your kindness and patience will ensure every child feels included and understood!
Large Group Worship & Bible Story Helpers - Bringing the Energy
Help make large group time exciting and engaging by assisting with worship, leading motions for songs, or helping bring the Bible story to life through skits and storytelling. If you love music, drama, or just bringing enthusiasm, this role is perfect for you!
Special Needs Buddy - Supporting Every Child's Journey
Every child deserves a joy-filled VBS experience! As a Special Needs Buddy, you’ll provide one-on-one support for a child who may need extra assistance, ensuring they feel included, loved, and able to fully participate in VBS.
Medical Personnel - Just in Case
The Medical Personnel role is crucial to ensure that kids have a safe and healthy experience throughout VBS. This person will be available to handle any medical needs or emergencies, including administering first aid, monitoring allergies, and providing comfort to children who may need assistance. Medical Personnel will also help to ensure that all safety protocols are followed to keep kids safe and healthy during activities.
