The School of Worship trains singers, musicians and production techs to serve the local church. Worship training is the heart of it, with Bible and character in every semester.
Group classes and private lessons are open to anyone 13 and up who wants to learn an instrument or grow their voice. You don't have to attend The Pointe to join.
Part of Called, alongside the School of Ministry and SEU at The Pointe.
Two semesters a year: fall (September to December) and spring (January to April). Lessons continue through the summer.
Our core training. One weeknight a week: the first hour together for theology, music theory and the heart of a worshiper, the second hour in your track. Two years, then you lead.
Learn alongside 4 to 8 others in Beginner Guitar, Keys, Vocals or Drums. A friendly first step for anyone starting out.
One-on-one with a teacher, at your level and your pace. Booked around your schedule and billed monthly. Academy students get 10% off.
Saturday intensives on one skill at a time: vocal harmony, playing to a click with in-ears, ProPresenter and mixing a band.
Everyone learns the Bible, theory and character together. Then each student goes deep in one track.
Play or run tech confidently in a rehearsal.
Serve on a weekend or youth-night team.
Lead a set or a tech crew as part of the team, and mentor a Year 1 student.

Spring ends with a practicum: every student plays or runs tech for a real service.
